CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and appointments. While we understand that unexpected situations arise, we are happy to assist with rescheduling. To accommodate all guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late notice limits our ability to offer the appointment slot to another guest.
Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We allow a 15-minute grace period for your convenience. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation or reschedule. In such cases, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
NO SHOW POLICY
We kindly ask that you arrive for your scheduled appointment, as we have reserved this time just for you. Failing to show up not only disrupts our schedule but also impacts other guests waiting for an appointment. All no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
CARD ON FILE POLICY
Our team is excited to welcome you and has carefully prepared both the products and the room for your visit. We value your time and have reserved your treatment exclusively for you. To secure your spot, a credit card is required, as we are unable to accommodate other guests during your schedule time and will miss the opportunity to provide services if you decide to cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment. In such circumstances, we will apply a fee in accordance with our policies.
EARLY ARRIVAL POLICY
To ensure we can dedicate your full appointment time to your treatment, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early if you have not completed your consent forms, or any required medical clearance forms in advance through the We Treat app. This extra time will allow you to complete any necessary paperwork without impacting your scheduled service.

YOUTH FACIAL POLICY
Facials are available for clients aged 13 and older. Guests under 16 must have a parent or guardian present in the treatment room throughout the service.
SMOKING POLICY
In accordance with Washington state law and to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests and staff members, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking any substance while at The Resort Medspa & Wellness Center.
CHILD POLICY
For safety concerns, comfort of all guests and the enjoyment of your experience, we kindly ask that you arrive alone with no children to your appointment.
PET POLICY
For the comfort of all guests and staff members, we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing along pets to your appointment.
PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
All skincare product sales are final. However, should the guest have a reaction to one of the skincare products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. *Allergic reactions must be documented.
SERVICES REFUND POLICY
The provider of services works with each patient to discuss treatment options and their objectives, and to thoroughly review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. Once services are performed, they will not be refunded.
However, to ensure our guests always receive the greatest experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service for which the guest is eligible for as determined by the provider of services. Cash Equivalents are not transferable.
